HEARING OFFICER ORDER
A telephonic status conference was scheduled for November 13, 2008
.
Respondents’ attorney did not appear but called later representing that he had a
scheduling conflict and was unable to appear at the designated time. The status
conference was continued to the date and time noted below. It is noted that complainants
filed a motion to bar respondents’ expert opinion on November 12, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on December 18, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
