HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 17, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties hope to file the settlement agreement with the Board
before the next scheduled status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 26, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
