HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 17, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency’s upper
management will discuss the results of the recent inspection before deciding whether to
accept respondent’s settlement offer.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 6, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
