HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 17, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner will move to voluntarily dismiss this appeal when it receives a permit
for the small sources that remain at the facility.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on February 24, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
