HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 10, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The parties are waiting to hear from the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency about the most recent draft of the proposed stipulation and settlement agreement.
Complainant cannot explain the Agency’s delay, but assures the Board that they continue to urge
the Agency to approve the agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on February 9, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
