HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 5, 2008, the parties agreed to continue the telephonic status
conference scheduled for November 6, 2008, to the date and time note below. It appears
that the respondent has not yet been re-issued its Special Assistant Attorney
Appointment. The petitioner represented that it will file an additional 90-day waiver of
the statutory decision deadline.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on January 15, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
