HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 5, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties have reached a tentative agreement, and
respondent’s deadline to answer to the complaint shall be stayed pending settlement
discussions. Respondent’s attorney is directed to file an appearance.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on December 8, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
