HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 3, 2008, the complainant requested that the parties be given until
December 19, 2008, to file their dispositive motions. The complainant represented that
the extension of time was agreed to by the respondent. To that end, dispositive motions
are now due to be filed on or before December 19, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on November 20, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
