HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 3, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties agree that Fairmont Park’s deadline for answering
the complaint is January 5, 2009. The parties will begin to discuss discovery.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on January 13, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
