HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On November 3, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Respondent made a counter-offer to the penalty demand, and the parties are
waiting to hear from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on January 5, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
