HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 28, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties are considering the best way to resolve the lab
analysis issues in this case and similar cases.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:15 a.m. on January 27, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
Petitioner filed an open waiver of the decision deadline.
