The hearing officer is unable to attend the status conference currently scheduled
for November 20, 2008. The status call is rescheduled for 1:30 p.m. on December 2,
2008. The parties should contact the hearing officer if they have a conflict.
Petitioner is reminded that an additional deadline waiver is due no later than
December 5, 2008. The decision deadline is currently March 5, 2009.
