HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 27, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The city is conducting water quality tests for the new hook-up,
and the parties expect the project to be certified by Thanksgiving.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on January 5, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
