HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 27, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties hope to agree on a new penalty amount before the
next status conference.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on January 5, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
