HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 27, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. In light of the Board’s order on October 16, 2008, the parties are
discussing how to move forward with this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 6, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
