HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 23, 2008, complainants’ attorney advised the hearing officer that
complainants are now represented by counsel, and an appearance has been mailed to the
Clerk. As complainants’ attorney has not yet had an opportunity to review the file, a
request was made to reschedule the October 27, 2008 status conference. Respondents’
attorney did not object. The request was granted.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:00 p.m. on December 1, 2008.
