    (UST Appeal)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On July 10, 2008, at the parties’ request, the Board extended until September 26, 2008,
the time period for Knapp Oil Company, Inc. (Knapp Oil) to appeal a May 22, 2008
determination of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency).
    See
    415 ILCS
    5/40(a)(1) (2006); 35 Ill. Adm. Code 105.406. The Agency’s determination concerns a leaking
petroleum underground storage tank (UST) site located at 217 East Franklin in DuQuoin, Perry
County. The Agency denied Knapp Oil reimbursement from the UST Fund in the amount of
$704.77. Because Knapp Oil failed to timely file an appeal, the Board dismisses this case and
    closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, John Therriault, Assistant Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the
Board adopted the above order on October 16, 2008, by a vote of 4-0.
