HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 22, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney will send a proposed settlement
agreement to respondent when she gets her SAAG appointment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on December 16, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
