HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 20, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. The federal case has not moved forward, so the parties have decided to proceed
to hearing with the discovery documents that are available. Complainant needs to locate the
building owner before a deposition may be scheduled.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on January 5, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
