HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 15, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties will set up a meeting to discuss relevant case law
and whether a hearing will be needed. At the next status conference, the hearing officer
will ask petitioner for an additional deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 1:30 p.m. on December 1, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently March 19, 2009.
