    HEARING OFFICER ORDER
    On October 14, 2008, petitioner and respondent Unites States Steel Corporation –
    Granite City Works participated in a telephone status conference with the hearing officer.
    The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (Agency) did not attend. In response to
    the Board order issued on September 16, 2008, the participating parties agreed to the
    following briefing schedule. Petitioner will file its brief by November 5, 2008, and
    respondents’ briefs will be due by November 26, 2008. Petitioner’s reply, if any, is due
    by December 10, 2008. If the Agency is unable to comply with the deadline set forth in
    this order, it shall contact the hearing officer.
