HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 14, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency has agreed to a
reduced penalty amount in light of respondent’s financial situation. Respondent is
reviewing some factual issues relevant to its consideration of the revised offer.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 6, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
