    (UST Appeal)
ORDER OF THE BOARD (by G.T. Girard):
On September 15, 2008, Woodworth & Sons, Inc. (Woodworth) filed a motion to
voluntarily dismiss this appeal of a June 5, 2008 determination of the Illinois Environmental
Protection Agency (Agency). The Agency’s determination concerns Woodworth’s facility
located at 400 Woodworth Drive in Tolono, Champaign County. In the determination, the
Agency denied Woodworth reimbursement from the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Fund for
costs associated with the removal of two 10,000-gallon diesel tanks. In support of its motion,
Woodworth states that “the issues raised in this appeal have been resolved by a decision on a
subsequent request for reimbursement of corrective action costs approved on September 4,
2008.” Motion at 1. The Board grants the motion, dismisses this appeal, and closes the docket.
    IT IS SO ORDERED.
I, John Therriault, Assistant Clerk of the Illinois Pollution Control Board, certify that the
Board adopted the above order on September 30, 2008, by a vote of 4-0.
