HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 8, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. In response to comments from the Illinois Environmental Protection
Agency, the parties will begin to discuss significant new issues, such as the extent of the
investigation on adjacent properties.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on December 8, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
