HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On October 1, 2008, the respondent informed the hearing officer that it has not
yet been re-issued its Special Assistant Attorney Appointment and suggested that the
telephonic status conference scheduled for October 2, 2008, be continued. The petitioner
had no objection. The telephonic status conference that was previously scheduled for
October 2, 2008, is continued to the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to participate in a telephonic
status conference on November 6, 2008, at 9:00 a.m. The status conference must be
initiated by the petitioner, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its own
appearance. At the status conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of
the above-captioned matter and their readiness for hearing.
