HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 30, 2008, the Board issued an order denying respondent’s motion
for summary judgment. At the next status conference, the parties should be prepared to
set a discovery schedule if settlement is not being discussed.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 11:00 a.m. on October 27, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
