& Victoria
Morrissey,
respectfully
request that the
Honorable Pollution Control Board not dismiss the complaint against the Respondents.
The Complainants,
Joseph & Victoria Morrissey, working in conjunction
with the
Lake County Health Dept, Village Officials from Lake Zurich, Village Officials from
Hawthorn Woods,
Police Departments
from both Villages,
a Noise Consultant,
the
Community Association of the Complainants,
and the Neighbors directly and indirectly
involved have documented
in great detail the efforts to prevent the noise problem,
subsequent efforts to find a solution, and documentation of the violations and nuisance.
. Joseph & Victoria Morrissey, the Complainant's, welcome the opportunity to present
our case to both the Board and the Respondent's.
