HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 29, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with the
hearing officer. All parties represented that they and their respective witnesses are available for
the hearing scheduled for December 2 through December 5, 2008. The time and location will be
noted in a notice of hearing.
The parties agreed that they will disclose and exchange exhibit documents on or before
November 10, 2008. To that end, the respective list of exhibits and the respective witness lists
must be submitted to the hearing officer on or before November 10, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic status
conference with the hearing officer on October 30, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. The telephonic
conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless responsible for its
own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to discuss the status of the
above-captioned matter and potential hearing dates.
