HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 24, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant’s attorney has been
unable to reach respondent because his voice mailbox has been full, and respondent has
not contacted her as directed. Since we are unable to reach respondent, a hearing was set
for October 21, 2008. If respondent wants to settle this matter without a hearing, he is
directed to contact Michelle Ryan at 217/782-5544 as soon as possible.
