HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 19, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney will send a proposed settlement agreement to
respondent when she gets her SAAG appointment.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on October 22, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
