HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 24, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant’s inspector is still unable to access the site to
determine the progress.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 8:30 a.m. on October 22, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
