HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 23, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent’s attorney called in advance to say that he would be
unable to appear. The parties are waiting for complainant’s attorney to get a SAAG
appointment so that she may send respondent a proposed stipulation and settlement
agreement.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:15 a.m. on October 22, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
