HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 18, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference
with the hearing officer. The parties appear to continue to pursue a possible settlement in
the above-captioned matter. The October 2, 2008, telephonic status conference is
cancelled and rescheduled to the date and time noted below.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on October 16, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. The
telephonic status conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is
nonetheless responsible for its own appearance. At the status conference the parties must
be prepared to discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and their readiness for
hearing. If, however, a stipulation for settlement is filed prior to the next status
conference, the conference will be cancelled without further notice.
