HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 22, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The idea for a proposed supplemental environmental project
does not look possible, and the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency is deciding how
to proceed with this case.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:30 a.m. on January 5, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
