HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 22, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. The Illinois Environmental Protection Agency inspected the site
in June, and discovered new compliance issues. The parties plan to schedule a meeting to
discuss these issues, as well as language for future compliance.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:00 a.m. on January 5, 2009. The status conference shall be initiated
by the complainant.
