HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 22, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Complainant has not heard from respondent’s attorney about the status of the
federal court case. Complainant continues to wait for certain discovery documents that are being
used in federal court.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on October 20, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
