witnesses

have

completed

their

testimony.

The

Board

will

continue

to hear

testimony

in

the order

set

forth

in

the

27,

2008

hearing

officer

order.

All

proceeding

will

be

available

Board’s

page

at

and participants

may

file electronically

on

the

Board’s
