HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 18, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Complainant’s attorney is retiring, and a new attorney will be
assigned to the case. The parties are deciding what to do in light of Ms. Topps refusal to
contact respondent’s attorney.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 3:30 p.m. on November 3, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
