HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 15, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Petitioner’s project manager is reviewing the administrative
record to decide how to proceed. Petitioner also agreed to file a deadline waiver to
March 19, 2009.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 15, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently January 8, 2009.
