HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 11, 2008, the parties were scheduled to participate in a telephone status
conference with the hearing officer. Neither party appeared. As last reported, the interim order
was being circulated for signatures. The dismissal of this docket then must be approved by the
bankruptcy court.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:00 p.m. on December 15, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
