HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 8, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Complainant has not been satisfied with respondent’s documentation pertaining
to the site remediation. Accordingly, respondent is directed to hire an attorney, and to have its
attorney file an appearance and answer to the complaint by November 10, 2008.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 9:00 a.m. on November 24, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
complainant.
