HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On September 2, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent is reviewing petitioner’s most recent submission.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on October 6, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated
by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is currently December 18, 2008. Petitioner agreed to file
an additional 90-day deadline waiver within the next seven days.
