HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 25, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. The parties are making progress in settlement discussions. At the
next status conference, the hearing officer will request an additional deadline waiver.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on November 17, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the petitioner.
The decision deadline is February 24, 2009.
