HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 25, 2008, the parties participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. On August 22, 2008, complainant filed a motion to add Fairmount
Park, Inc. as a respondent in this matter, along with proof of service. The parties will
await the Board’s ruling after the response time for any motion to dismiss on grounds that
the amended complaint is duplicative or frivolous.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 2:00 p.m. on November 3, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
