HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 21, 2008, all parties participated in a telephonic status conference with
the hearing officer. Discussion centered on complainant’s representation that it still had
in its possession an expert report that it will turn over to the respondents prior to the next
telephonic status. The parties agreed that they will disclose exhibits that they anticipate
will be offered at the hearing on or before October 1, 2008.
The parties or their legal representatives are directed to appear at a telephonic
status conference with the hearing officer on August 28, 2008, at 10:30 a.m. The
telephonic conference must be initiated by the complainant, but each party is nonetheless
responsible for its own appearance. At the conference, the parties must be prepared to
discuss the status of the above-captioned matter and potential hearing dates.
