HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 26, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer. Petitioner is implementing the terms of the negotiated resolution, and hopes to
file a motion to voluntarily dismiss this matter within 30 days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the hearing
officer at 2:30 p.m. on November 17, 2008. The status conference shall be initiated by the
petitioner.
There is an open waiver of the statutory decision deadline in this matter.
