revenues from property taxes for the years 2002 - 2006.

For each of those years, what was the tax rate that appeared in the MWRD line on
property tax bills?

Has the MWRD tax rate changed during the past 20 years?
c.
Is the 2006 tax rate higher or lower than the tax rate a decade earlier? What is the
percentage difference?
d.
Have assessed values for real estate in the MWRD service territory changed
during the past 20 years?
e.
