8/22/08: WJBC 1230AM The Voice of McLean County runs radio press coverage of

IEPA Attorney Michelle Ryan knitting during 8/18/08 IPCB delisting hearing

in Peoria:

This clearly demonstrates the contempt that the IEPA has toward public

comments during a hearing. This action undermines those individuals who rely

upon the IEPA. to protect public health and safety. WATCH believes a second

hearing is necessary to ensure proper procedure and input is received as it

is clear that the IEPA was not listening or paying attention during the

8/18/08 IPCB hearing in Peoria.
