HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 20, 2008, petitioner participated in a telephone status conference with
the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. The parties are discussing the possibility
of settlement, and petitioner agreed to file an open waiver of the decision deadline within
the next seven days.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 10:30 a.m. on September 22, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
The decision deadline is currently November 20, 2008.
