HEARING OFFICER ORDER
On August 19, 2008, complainant participated in a telephone status conference
with the hearing officer. Respondent did not appear. Complainant has been unable to
reach respondent because his voice mailbox has been full. Respondent is directed to
contact complainant’s attorney, Michelle Ryan, at (217) 782-5544 to update her as to the
status of the site.
The parties are directed to participate in a telephone status conference with the
hearing officer at 9:00 a.m. on September 24, 2008. The status conference shall be
initiated by the complainant.
